Live Video

Instagram and Facebook Live and other live streaming platforms like YouTube and Twitch are set to become bigger in 2019. According to Facebook, daily watch time for live broadcasts grew four times over the course of the year (2017). Fast, personable and the algorithms love it!  Definitely one for the marketing 'to do' list in 2019.

Since 360 videos were introduced they have shown themselves to be truely unique.  The use of these will grow in 2019 and capture technology improves and people begin to grip how best to use this medium.

YouTube wins over TV

Tv used to be the number one destination every business wanted their ad.  Now it's the turn of YouTube!  In an average week, on mobile alone, YouTube reaches more 18+ adults during prime time than any other TV network. The smart money is definitely heading to YouTube…and with Netflix testing ads on it's platform this could result in YouTube dominating.
